Catalogue Business Development Intern

Role Overview

Moksha Productions is hiring a proactive Business Development Intern to scale our Catalogue Production division. You will prospect, pitch, and convert leads across D2C brands, fashion labels, e-commerce platforms, and marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads for catalogue, e-commerce, AI, and commercial production services.
• Initiate outreach to fashion brands, D2C sellers, digital marketplaces, and creative agencies.
• Deliver compelling pitches showcasing Moksha’s studio capabilities, catalogue solutions, and technology offerings.
• Manage the full sales lead lifecycle from initial contact to client conversion.
• Liaise with studio and production teams to gather accurate scope, timelines, feasibility, and project costing.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline in pursuit of target revenue goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing experience in Fashion, E-commerce, AI Services, or Creative Production.
• Sound knowledge of the fashion e-commerce landscape, catalogue standards, and shoot workflows.
• Strong lead generation, cold pitching, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear production briefs for internal teams.
• Target-driven with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
