Responsibilities:

• Asset Classification: Cataloging for incoming stocks, not limiting to leather goods, watches or fine jewelry.
• Database Management: Input, update, and maintain highly detailed records and technical metadata within the Company's inventory, ensuring 0 discrepancy.
• Research & Provenance: Conduct thorough research on product history, creators, reference editions, and historical contexts to ensure descriptions and condition reports are accurate.
• Authority Control: Apply controlled vocabularies and standardized subject headings to maintain vocabulary consistency and discoverability across database registries.

Inventory Control & Quality Assurance: Regularly audit catalog systems to resolve metadata discrepancies, manage backlogs, clean data, and coordinate the physical processing of items
