Are you passionate about turning data into strategy and insights into action? We're looking for a Category Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy team, reporting to the Category****Strategy Manager.

In this pivotal role, you'll support the development, communication and execution of insight-led initiatives that align with our commercial strategy. You'll use a range of data sources — Circana, Quantium, and Dunnhumby — to uncover opportunities and influence commercial outcomes. From tracking 4P execution to supporting category plans, your work will ensure our strategy stays sharp and our execution on point.

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of FMCG experience in a sales or category role

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Working knowledge of Circana( Or Nielsen), Quantium, or Dunnhumby

• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
