Job Summary We are hiring a Support Associate to ensure smooth communication with Transporters & fleet owners. The role requires fluency in Hindi and local regional languages to improve customer understanding, faster issue resolution, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with transporters & fleet owners in Hindi/regional languages
• Resolve transporters issues efficiently
• Handle escalations in the transporters ’s preferred language
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi (regional language preferred)
• Good communication skills
