• Sourcing in quick manner, to negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers based on Purchase Requisition, to get achievement in quality, price, service and technology.
• Focus on cost by collection of information, benchmark, negotiation and market study.
• Handle Annual Negotiation and fully meet Saving targets.
• Ensure to implement material cost reduction strategy following Aptiv Global and Regional strategy.
• Implement material localization for China/Korea/India plants, to enhance localization rate and meet localization target by all efforts.
• Daily management of documents and contract.
• Maintain and develop Supply base best suitable for Aptiv product lines.
• Ensure supply chain stable by working with plant PCL to avoid any line down issues. -Manage the interface with other departments. Major Requirements:
• University graduate or above in engineering/commercial background
• Purchasing experience at least 3 to 5 years in international/ Commodity Purchasing
• Proficiency in oral, reading and written English, and ability to communicate in Korean of advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and with different cultures.
• Willing to study and work under pressure.
