Category Buyer- Electronic Control

该职位来源于猎聘 Mission/Purpose of the Job： The Category Buyer provides category leadership through expert sourcing and supplier management. The role is accountable for defining and executing category strategies, establishing long-term supplier collaboration, leading complex sourcing and localization initiatives, and securing optimal commercial, contractual, and supply outcomes for the business. Main Responsibilities：

• Define and execute category strategies that align with business objectives, supply market dynamics, and technology roadmaps
• Develop and manage a competitive and sustainable supplier base; lead advanced commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts
• Drive continuous cost reduction and value creation initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis
• Lead sourcing, localization, supplier transfer, and make -buy decisions ensuring supply continuity
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and operations to resolve quality, delivery, and supply risks
• Manage sourcing-related projects and mentor less experienced buyers through knowledge sharing Skills / Knowledge / Experience：  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field  Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, casting and machining experiences are more preferred  Strong experience in category strategy, negotiation, and supplier management.  Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and localization projects  Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and mentoring skills  Fluent in English Scope of the job：  The role has a domestic scope, focusing on direct material sourcing for the Tianjin operation.

 The Senior Category Buyer operates with a high degree of autonomy, leads category strategy and sourcing decisions, and works closely with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
