CATEGORY BUYER (RELIEVER)

Responsible for the timely procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for the company's daily operations.

• Source and evaluate qualified suppliers for materials and services.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and recommend suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other departments.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination.
• Keep accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Temporary – 5-month contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related technical course.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or work experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Purchasing is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze purchase requests, evaluate supplier quotations, and prepare product specifications and contracts.

• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.

• Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
