Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead the Home Appliances/Kitchen Appliances/Mobile sales team. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, guide team members, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage product displays, stock availability, and merchandising.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members.
• Coordinate with store management to improve sales and operations.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in kitchen appliances/Kitchen Appliances/Mobile or consumer durables.
• Prior team handling experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
