Category Management Manager

As our Category Management Manager, you will take full ownership of category strategy, supplier partnerships, and team leadership. This senior role in Davao City offers the opportunity to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement category strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead supervisors and specialists, ensuring effective execution of category plans

• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to guide category decisions
• Shape product assortments, pricing, and promotions to drive profitability and competitiveness

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage)
• 7+ years in retail, merchandising, or procurement (At least 3 years in a managerial role)
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop category strategies, and deliver measurable results
• Advanced proficiency in retail analytics, forecasting tools, and financial reporting
• Visionary, decisive, and able to balance profitability with customer satisfaction
