Category Management Supervisor

As Category Management Supervisor, you will oversee category operations, lead specialists, and ensure that product assortments meet both customer expectations and business goals. This role offers leadership exposure and the chance to shape supermarket offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily category operations and ensure alignment with company standards
• Provide direction and coaching to category specialists
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and product availability

• Deliver timely reports on category outcomes and market insights

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 3–5 years in retail, merchandising, or procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and retail analytics tools
• Strategic thinker, disciplined, and able to balance operational detail with big-picture goals
