Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support marketing operations, content delivery, and agency management. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and creative agency partners, ensuring marketing campaigns and content assets are developed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing agencies, coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, and overseeing content production in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agency partners, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and asset delivery.
• Coordinate content development across digital, social, CRM, web, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain content calendars, production schedules, and marketing workflows.
• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
• Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, digital, operations, compliance, and external partners.
• Track project milestones, approvals, deliverables, and launch readiness.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, approved messaging, and quality standards.
• Facilitate content review and approval processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing project plans, workflow visibility, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and help optimize content production and agency operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, content management, agency management, advertising, or related functions.
• Experience managing external creative agencies and content production workflows.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, CRM, website content, and creative production processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, retail, or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing content calendars and marketing operations workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing project management and work management platforms.
• Experience supporting brand governance, compliance reviews, and approval processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams.
