- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- 3-5+ years experience in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement
- Strategic sourcing and category leadership capability
- Advanced commercial negotiation skills
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Stakeholder influence across federated institutional environments
- Supplier performance governance capability
- Experience developing category strategies and conducting network-wide demand analysis, including PO-based and non-PO contract usage
- Skilled in leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating Master Agreements, and ensuring compliant contract execution and governance
- Ability to identify process improvements and support standardization, automation, and policy refinement initiatives
- Experience representing procurement/category functions in governance bodies or commissions, providing commercial advisory input
