What they need
Role & responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end marketing (4Ps) for a business category
- Developing & executing Category Marketing Calendar aligned to the periodic action plan as aligned to business objectives
- New Product Launches
- Key seasonal & business campaigns
- Support & drive region specific marketing requirements for category
- HO driven & regional tactical initiatives
- Budget planning & control for Category
- Build & roll out new initiatives for channel & consumer development
- Align & drive Brand Objectives through Category based actions
- Management of agency payment hygiene
Preferred candidate profile: 4-8 years of experience in handling a category management/marketing role or having balanced exposure to both sales & marketing functions in that duration.
