Category Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets

• Analyze category performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

• Manage product assortment, ensuring the right mix of SKUs aligned with customer demand

• Lead product lifecycle management from sourcing to discontinuation

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for new product development and launches

• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and quality standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors

• Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and promotional support

• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions

• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store/online activations

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in category management, product management, or brand management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.

• Strong understanding of vitamins, dietary supplements, and OTC products, including regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA compliance in the Philippines).

• Background in retail pharmacy, drugstore chains, or healthcare distribution is an advantage
