Category Manager, Hard Services

For our client, we are seeking a Category Manager, Hard Services to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will own category strategy and procurement execution for hard services, with a focus on driving financial performance and supporting broader business objectives. The position will partner closely with suppliers and senior stakeholders to shape contract outcomes and strengthen supply base performance. Data-driven decision-making and strategic sourcing will be central to improving category value and supplier relationships across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive category performance and financial targets independently
• Create strategic procurement solutions and manage contract processes
• Leverage data analytics for informed decision-making
• Rationalize the supply base and maintain strategic supply partner frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred
• 5-7 years of procurement-related technical category management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data management
• Proven ability to facilitate relationships with strategic suppliers and senior executives
