Job Purpose:
Ensure accurate financial closing and reporting
Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Provide financial analysis for decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
Responsibilities
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Consolidate data and prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports
Assist in preparing presentation materials
Performance Management & Decision Support
Track business performance and support target setting
Provide analysis, benchmarks, and insights
Reporting, Governance & Control
Prepare management reports and KPI analysis
Ensure compliance with finance policies and tax requirements
Support audits (internal, tax, financial)
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
2–3 years relevant experience (retail preferred)
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
