Category Officer / Category Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Order follow-up and enquires including liaison with suppliers, to ensure on-time shipment delivery for the orders.

• To process product in/out system documentary flow.

• Negotiable best trading terms or trade agreements for the company.

• Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities.

• Monitor sales performance, inventory analysis and forecasting for implementation.

• Handle overall brands’ operations, including store maintenance.

• Manage the product catalogue and support ad hoc projects.

• Business trip is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above.
• 4 years relevant working experience, gained in merchandising and buying field with shipping knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Chinese typing.
• A strong interest and sensitivity in retail market.
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to take challenge.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Category Assistant.

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
