工作职责:

岗位概要: Key Performance Area

通过对品类和零售渠道的深度理解，制定完整的品类生意发展策略，并帮助销售团队完成年度季度的渠道生意规划，同时通过高效的渠道投资管理来推动生意的出货增长，进而帮助公司实现可持续性的有机增长。

By gaining an in-depth understanding of categories and retail channels, develop integrated category business development strategies. help the sales team make yearly and quarterly channel business plans. And through efficient channel investment management to drive offtake growth , thereby helping the company achieve sustainable organic growth.

Key Job Responsibility

Channel Portfolio Management：

通过和市场部与SRM部门的紧密合作，领导制定零售渠道的分销策略，渠道的生意发展规划，以及渠道促销价格管理。

Lead the development of retail channel portfolio strategy and development plans, and promotion pricing management through close collaboration with the Brand marketing and SRM teams

Category business Planning：

负责品类业务规划，包括三年计划、业务预测（聚焦预测）及新产品开发

Oversee category business planning, including the 3OP, Demand forecasting, and NPD

Perfect Store Management：

负责完美门店管理，包括MSL清单、陈列指南、促销员部署计划等

Manage Perfect Store program, including the MSL list, display guidelines, and promoter deployment plan.

Budget Management：

负责整体预算管理，包括TS和CP预算管理。

Manage the budget for TS and CP.

Team Management (in the future)：

负责团队管理与协作，培养团队能力建设。

Be responsible for team management and collaboration capabilities development.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力 Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

Bachelor's Degree or above

5+ years of business experience in multinational FMCG company, at least 3 years focused on trade marketing.

Trade marketing experience (e.g. short shelf life product e.g. fresh Yogurt, bread, chilled products)

Familiar with Modern Trade channel & distributor channel

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

Strong ownership and team work

Good planning and communication skills

Fluent in English communication
