What they need
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.
- With at least 3 years of experience in category management, procurement, merchandising, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful category management, including product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with category management software or tools (e.g., SAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
