Category Supervisor

• Support the Category Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to recommend product assortments.
• Monitor inventory, product performance, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely product launches.
• Prepare buying, sales, and inventory reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management.
• Knowledge of merchandise and inventory management.
• Strong fashion sense and awareness of industry trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.
• Experience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry is an advantage.
