We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, hands-on team member to help deliver excellent catering and event experiences. You’ll help prepare event spaces, serve guests, and keep everything organized from setup through cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, buffet stations, and serving equipment according to event plans.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food is ready and served on time.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Refill buffet items and maintain clean, attractive food displays.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Clear tables, wash and organize catering equipment, and complete event breakdown and cleanup.
• Assist with packing, loading, delivery, and unloading for off-site catering as assigned.
• Communicate guest concerns, supply shortages, and event changes to the supervisor.
• Represent Blue Max with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Catering, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Available for scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform event setup, carry serving supplies, and work on your feet, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
