We are looking for Catering supervisors in our Café, Events and Brasserie section.

About the roles:

Full-time Catering Supervisor

As a passionate Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervision of day-to-day catering operations in an outlet.
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
• Promoting and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered.
• Training and development of staff.
• Prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
• Building rapport with guests.
• Maintaining cleaning and WH&S standards.
• Input into daily / weekly specials and seasonal menus.

• RSA Card.
