Job Summary

Infyworx is seeking reliable, hardworking and experienced Catering Assistants to support aged care facilities across Sydney, NSW.

This is a casual, on-call position, offering opportunities to work across multiple locations depending on operational requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal distribution.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents in accordance with facility requirements.
• Set up and clear dining areas before and after meals.
• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, infection control and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining kitchen organisation.
• Support kitchen staff with daily catering duties.
• Follow dietary requirements and food handling instructions provided by the facility.

Essential Requirements

• Valid National Police Check (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a similar catering, kitchen or food service role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to accept casual, on-call shifts.
• Ability to work across multiple aged care locations in Sydney, NSW.
