Key Responsibilities

Assist culinary team in raw material and food preparation

Monitor stock movement and replenish inventory

Other kitchen related duties as assigned

Key Requirement

At least 1 year experience in central kitchen

A team player with good communication skills

Must follow strictly SOP, Safety & Hygiene regulations

Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene
