Catering Assistant

The International Pu'er Tea Association ("IPA") is an independent non-profit organization founded in Hong Kong in 2017 by Mr. Alan Fang, Founder and Chairman of Tianda Group and Tianda Institute. The association is committed to sustain the innovative development of Pu'er tea industry and promoting Pu'er tea culture. To support the association’s continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire experienced individual for the following position:

Catering Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate banquets, business events, and public relations functions;
• Plan, coordinate, and serve food and beverages for the Chairman, guests, and VIPs;
• Welcome and assist company guests, officials, and visiting delegates from Mainland China and overseas;
• Provide support for general office administration tasks;
• Travel for business purposes as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in hospitality, catering, aviation, or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubs, Chinese Restaurants, or Banquet Services;
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and high ethical standards;
• Professional demeanor, team-oriented, and detail-focused;
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English is preferred.
