Assist with the sales process:

• Propose custom events & orders.
• Follow up on proposals.
• Book events & pick up orders.

Assist with catering preparation:

• Communicate with clients to provide an excellent planning experience.
• Collaborate with commissary production manager to order and prepare food items in advance.
• Prepare food, equipment & a team for events.
• Prepare pick up orders & deliveries.
• Schedule catering team for event & order prep.

Assist with catering execution:

• Cook & prepare menu items to brand standard.
• Schedule catering teams for On Site events and high-volume pick-up order days.
• Transport, set up & oversee On Site Catering events.
• Sell pick up orders and delivery catering.
