We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Catering Assistant to join our busy restaurant, based within a beautiful garden centre focused on healthy living, wellbeing and great experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside the kitchen and front of house teams to help deliver great food and a fantastic experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, plating and service.
• Helping to ensure food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
• Supporting the smooth running of busy service and keeping up with demand.
• Keeping kitchen, preparation and service areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Following food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting with deliveries, stock rotation and maintaining good stock levels.
• Working closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver a great guest experience.

• Passionate about food and maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• A great team player with a positive attitude.
• Naturally clean, tidy and takes pride in their work.
• Interested in developing their catering and kitchen skills.

Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
