Duties

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and aesthetics
• Serve food and beverages efficiently at events, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely service
• Bypass and clear tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service areas
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Engage with guests to provide friendly guest services and foster positive guest relations during events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Culinary experience or banquet experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food presentation and service techniques
• Strong guest services skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service including wine knowledge is advantageous
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and portioning food accurately
• Experience with food safety protocols and food preparation standards in restaurant or fine dining settings
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and special events
