BACKSTAGE CATERING CHEF — NOW HIRING
We are looking for an experienced Backstage Catering Chef to prepare and execute meals for touring artists, performers, production crews, and event staff.
This is a fast-paced, professional environment that requires creativity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
What we're looking for:
- Professional culinary or catering experience
- Strong cooking skills and creativity with menus
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the fly
- Comfortable with changing schedules and last-minute requests
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable working long event days and extended shifts
Important: This is an event-based position, not a traditional 8-hour restaurant job. Show days may include early starts, late finishes, and extended hours. Candidates must be prepared to work the full shift from prep through service and breakdown.
