About the Role We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead our catering operations with professionalism and flair. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will oversee everything from menu planning and culinary presentation to room setups, event execution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Event Leadership: Oversee end-to-end catering execution, ensuring seamless service, flawless room setups, and elevated guest experiences.
• Culinary & Service Standards: Collaborate on menu preparation and food presentation, maintaining rigorous quality and food safety standards.
• Team Work: Work closely with Banquet and kitchen teams to ensure that all details are addressed so that the clients vision and expectations are met and exceeded.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and turning every event into a memorable success.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage logistics, scheduling, and resources to optimize workflow in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in catering management, event operations, or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of planning, developing & delivering a successful event.
• A sharp eye for detail regarding room presentation, venue setup, and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of Opera Suites operating systems preferred.
• A high-energy, adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
