Catering Officer

Overall management of foods & beverages for MJets flight and Customer flights including Executive Lounge. Manage Inflight service equipment and operational delivery; to meet the company strategy and deliver in line with the customer proposition, safety standards and security to ensure smooth operation in line with best practice and company regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and purchase of foods, beverages, or other supplies for example fast-food, dessert, snack, beer, wine, liquor, tableware, etc.
• Consistently check of foods, beverages or other supplies qualities and report any deficiencies to Catering Manager.
• Preparation catering for Flights and/or Lounge as required.
• Accurately log and keep inventory record, analyze and ensure foods, beverages or supplies are available and serviceable to operational needs.
• Correspondence with vendors and order placement of spare parts for catering and/or Flight
• Follow-up on daily flight movement and coordinate with hotel/ restaurant/ shop for conducting catering order.
• Manage proper meal services for flights and ensure proper catering planning, selection, purchases, uploading, and storage.
• Ensure all foods, beverages or other supplies are maintained in line with the company’s best practice and current Health & Safety regulations.
• Coordinate with all departments to develop integrated passenger service procedures that maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English; TOEIC score of 650+ is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and competent driving skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
