Catering Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team

Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients’ needs are met

Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events

Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs

Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary

Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints

Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen

Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Possess Diploma/GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level

Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients

Ability to work independently and in a team

Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
