Job Summary

The Refuge Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a friendly and dependable Catering Server to provide professional food and beverage service at catered events and special functions. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent guest service while maintaining an organized and welcoming event environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up food and beverage stations before events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Replenish food, beverages, and service supplies as needed.
• Communicate guest requests and service needs to the event team.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout each event.

Requirements

• Previous catering, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry event supplies when needed.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and special events.
