Catering Server

We're looking for Catering Servers and Event Leaders to cater our on-site weddings and events.

Founded in 2008, Utah Celebrations Catering has become one of the most well known on site caterers in the state by catering thousands of weddings & corporate events.

Compensation

Starting server wage is $11.00 per hour plus tips. There is also the opportunity to be quickly promoted to an Event Leader making up to $15.00 per hour plus tips. When factoring in tips, hourly rate can range from $18 - $25 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive friendly and quick service at all times
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Deliver and arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items
• Maintain clean and safe environment at each event

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Over 21 preferred but not required
• Driver's License
• Food Handler's Permit
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work on weekends
• Previous serving or guest service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to meet at events is preferred but not required (mileage will be compensated)

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Excellent guest service skills and communication skills
• Ability to perform tasks promptly and with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail to create beautiful buffets and table settings

Events may be scheduled any time and day of the week, however, most events are scheduled Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Hours are subject to change based on the number of events each week. We are always closed Sundays.
