Catering staff

• Prepare daily batches of vegetarian Kanji (porridges), health drinks, and specialty vegan dishes according to standard recipes.
• Prepare and package health mix products (e.g., malt drinks, energy foods) for walk-in and takeout customers.
• Ensure raw ingredients (grains, pulses, vegetables) are cleaned, soaked, and prepped prior to cooking.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized cooking and serving areas at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen utensils, cookware, and serving vessels.
• Follow strict food safety standards and waste management protocols.
• Track stock levels of ingredients, grains, and health mixes; report low inventory to the manager.
• Serve dishes and package health products for customers with high standards of customer service.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures for the respective morning or evening shifts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
