Catering Supervisor

Our hospitality colleagues are very valued at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and we are looking to appoint a Catering Supervisor to join our team.

Our Catering Supervisor ensures operational standards are maintained and small teams are supervised to deliver efficient and high-quality customer services during an exciting range of public and private events including performances, graduation ceremonies, VIP receptions, weddings, filming sessions, royal visits, fine-dining events and conferences. Ensuring customer expectations and operational standards are met by our bar team is central to the success of these.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working 37 hours per week. The catering department operate on a 5 out of 7 day working pattern, and this role with predominantly afternoon and evening shifts. Pay: £25,804.00-£28,778.00 per year
