Catering/Event Staff

Established catering company seeking chefs, bartenders, captains, and servers for off premise private catering and events.

Chefs
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a catering role
Poise within a high-volume production environment·
Highly organized with impeccable time management
Great work ethic
Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, and presentation.

$25-$35/hr plus gratuities

Captains
Must have at least 2 years experience
Oversee the setup and cleanup of the eventEnforce an atmosphere of culture and refinement
Efficiently manage a team of servers
Provide personalized service to guests
Ensure cleanliness of china, glassware and silverware
Coordinate with the kitchen staff
Must speak fluent English

Bartenders
Must have experience in private event and corporate gatherings
Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar
Anticipate replenishment of garnishes, ice, etc and communicate to a runner
Must be polite, courteous, and make eye contact with guests
Must speak fluent English

Servers
Serve guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
Provide accurate information to help food selections
Set up and break down the event
Offer excellent customer service to guests
Must speak fluent English

$15-$30/hr plus gratuities

All candidates must:
Have their own transportation
Have access to a smart phone
Be 18 years or older
Reside in New Jersey

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
