CBS Admin - DQC - Associate

The Document Processing Specialist is responsible for creating and performing self-quality review on documents to ensure an error-free product consistent with firm standards. The Document Processing Specialist will work primarily in ServiceNow.

Job Duties

• Prepares and updates financial statements, correspondence, proposals, memos, manuals, and various other documents based on information.

• Ensure documents follow established BDO formats, templates, and style guides

• Creates, manages and records digital documents and status by using provided software and tools

• Collaborate with different teams to gather the information needed to create or update documents

• Meets internal deadlines to match the internal client expectations for timely delivery of service and ensures data is collected and processed in a timely manner

• Collaborates proactively with internal clients and team members to gather the necessary information, documents, and data required to complete assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.

• Identifies and contributes to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving service, quality, and efficiency.

• Review, proofread, and edit documents for accuracy and completeness

• Edits the documents to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of deliverable(s) by following written and oral instructions to ensure uniformity with BDO standard format and/or Client format.

• Assists with training team members on all relevant software, resources, and processes

• Assists in development and maintenance of team shared workspaces, housing all training and written process documentation, key contacts, links and common responses

• Proficient in navigating My Support Center dashboard and functionality

• Comply with all Firm policies, standards, and client procedures

• Willing to work in flex shift (9:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST) during peak periods for 4 months in a year as per business requirement.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

• B.Com / B.A/ MBA

Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience in a professional services firm, preferred

License/Certifications:

• N/A

Software:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro, preferred

• Experience with ServiceNow or scheduling software program, preferred

Language:

• Mastery in English

• Solid verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in editing and utilization of current grammar and written style practices

• Able to successfully multi-task while working independently, within a group environment and/or other professionals
