Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and accomplished School Principals to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of reputed CBSE schools. The ideal candidate should possess strong school leadership, academic management, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CBSE Principal
- Must have Founding Principal experience
- Must have either B.Ed. and M.Ed
Skills :
- Strong School Leadership & Administration
- CBSE Curriculum & Academic Planning
- Teacher/Team Management & Staff Development
- Student Discipline & Parent/Stakeholder Management
- Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication
Preferred :
- English (Mandatory), Hindi, Telugu (Preferred)
- Military/Armed Forces or similarly disciplined leadership background is an advantage
