Position

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess student learning through assignments, tests, projects, and continuous evaluation.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and holistic development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
• Participate in school activities, events, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Follow school policies, academic standards, and classroom management practices.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
• Relevant Bachelors/Masters degree and teaching qualification, as applicable.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
