**Work Location:**Manufacturing Plant in Chon Buri (WHA Eastern Seaboard2)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Project Study: Responsible for studying product project feasibility by evaluating timing, resources, financial feasibility, and budget to ensure the project can be carried out as planned and the budget can be approved.
• Lead Product Project Execution: Lead cross-functional project teams to manage and execute projects according to the planned timing.

Responsibilities:

• Acting the AVLE of vehicle program: Act as Assist Vehicle Line Executive (AVLE), supporting vehicle program coordination, cross-functional alignment, issue resolution, and achievement of program objectives, Support the Vehicle Line Executive in monitoring program progress, resolving key issues, and ensuring vehicle program objectives are achieved.
• Responsible for PET team and PET team management:  Lead the Project Executive Team (PET) and establish strategic evaluation frameworks to assess vehicle competitiveness, product performance, customer requirements, and market suitability. Drive cross-functional collaboration and translate PET insights into actionable product recommendations and program decisions to support successful CBU vehicle launches and business objectives.
• Responsible for product definition and marketing strategy: Lead product definition and marketing strategy for CBU vehicle programs, covering product positioning, specifications, pricing, market analysis, and go-to-market planning to achieve business and customer objectives.
• Responsible for project management and organize the product project meeting: Lead CBU vehicle project management, including project planning, milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and product project meetings to ensure timely execution and successful program delivery.
• Responsible for GVDP training and team coaching: Lead GVDP training and team coaching to strengthen program management capabilities, ensure effective GVDP implementation, and develop team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in automotive, product planning, vehicle program management, product management, marketing strategy, or a related field.
• More than 2 year's business management experience
• Pro-Active, work well under high pressure, well organized, positive attitude, energetic, time management, service-minded
• Cross Functional Leadership capability, Conflict management, Ambiguity control, Prioritize and logical thinking
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Chinese spoken & written is advantage
