• Location: Onsite in Plano, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Malvern, PA (3 days/week)
• Open to: Relocation candidates; OPT/CPT holders; must have relevant industry experience and valid LinkedIn profile
• Role Focus: Not a generalist BA; requires hands-on experience with Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Prioritize CCM Use Cases
• Collaborate with control owners and experts to select controls for automation
• Assess controls based on risk, maturity, repeatability, and data feasibility
• Facilitate discussions to define objectives and measurable success criteria
• Define Requirements and Monitoring Logic
• Gather and document business, functional, data, and non-functional requirements
• Translate control objectives into measurable logic, rules, and outputs
• Specify data sources, quality checks, and evidence requirements
• Maintain traceability from requirements to production outcome
• Partner with Engineering to Build Monitoring Routines
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, cybersecurity, and engineering teams
• Help engineers convert requirements into scalable monitoring routines
• Review and validate prototypes and interim outputs
• Resolve ambiguities and drive timely decision-making
• Validate Outcomes and Drive Go-Live
• Coordinate end-to-end testing (data, logic, UAT, reconciliation)
• Ensure monitoring outputs meet acceptance criteria and are actionable
• Resolve defects, data gaps, and implementation issues
• Lead go-live readiness and support transition to operational adoption
• Stakeholder Leadership and Delivery Governance
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums with technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain clear delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reports
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Build cross-team alignment and shared accountability

Expected Outcomes

• Delivery of a prioritized set of cybersecurity controls for continuous monitoring and automation within ES&F
