CCTV and Access Control Technician

Working Week: 6 days

Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm

Monthly Basic Salary: S$2,500 to S$3,500 including transportation allowance

About the role

DR WiFi Pte Ltd is a fast-growing technology company specializing in enterprise WiFi, CCTV, networking, and smart security solutions across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced technician passionate about delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Hikvision CCTV systems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Door Access Control Systems.
• Install and terminate Cat6 network cabling.
• Configure NVRs, IP cameras, switches and networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve CCTV, access control and networking issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure installations are neat, professional and completed according to company standards.
• Prepare basic service reports and documentation.
• Provide professional customer support on-site.

About you

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in Hikvision CCTV Systems, Door Access Control Systems, IP Networking.
• Able to configure IP addresses, NVRs and network switches and familiar with cable termination and testing.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to communicate with customers professionally.
• Experience with TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti, Fingerprint & Face Recognition Access Systems, Time Attendance Systems, Intercom Systems, or Basic WiFi troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Possession of a 2A or 2B driving license
