CCTV & ELV Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems under AMC contracts.
• Install, replace, relocate, configure, adjust, and test CCTV cameras.
• Troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, PoE switches, storage devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Carry out basic VMS configuration, camera addition, recording verification, playback checks, user management, and system monitoring.
• Identify and resolve issues related to live viewing, video recording, playback, and camera connectivity.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) visits and complete maintenance checklists and service reports.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and rectify technical faults at client locations.
• Inspect and troubleshoot network cables, fiber-optic links, connectors, and power supplies.
• Assist with Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, and other ELV systems when required.
• Coordinate with the ELV Engineer or Coordinator to resolve major technical issues.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and other maintenance materials properly.
• Follow site safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Travel to different client locations to carry out AMC maintenance and service activities.

Job Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV maintenance, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of IP CCTV systems, VMS, NVR/DVR, networking, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms such as HikCentral, Wisenet, Milestone, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Experience with CCTV brands such as Hikvision, Hanwha/Wisenet, Dahua, Uniview, or equivalent products.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
