About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a CCTV Auditor to join our growing Security team on a full-time basis at our office in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems across our client portfolio. As a CCTV Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, assessments, and evaluations of CCTV infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending improvements to maintain the highest standards of security and compliance. This position is essential to our mission of delivering dependable security solutions and protecting our clients' assets and personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of CCTV systems, including camera placement, coverage analysis, video quality assessment, and recording capabilities
• Evaluate CCTV system compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Identify security vulnerabilities and gaps in existing CCTV infrastructure and document findings in detailed audit reports
• Test and verify CCTV system functionality, including camera operation, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) controls, night vision capabilities, and remote access features
• Review video management system (VMS) configurations, storage capacity, retention policies, and backup procedures
• Assess physical security measures surrounding CCTV equipment, including cable protection and equipment housing
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and remediation timelines for clients
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to discuss audit results and coordinate implementation of recommended improvements
• Maintain detailed records of all audits performed, equipment inspected, and issues identified
• Stay current with evolving CCTV technologies, security standards, and industry developments

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a CCTV Auditor, Security Auditor, or similar role within the security or information technology sector
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, lenses, recording devices, and video management software
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks relevant to surveillance systems
• Technical proficiency in testing and diagnosing CCTV equipment and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify security gaps and recommend effective solutions
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional audit reports
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and findings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously
• Professional certification in security auditing, CCTV systems, or related field is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations applicable to video surveillance
