Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Camera Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, networking, and electrical wiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.

• Perform CCTV camera wiring, installation, and testing.

• Configure IP cameras and basic network settings.

• Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, and connectivity issues.

• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.

• Configure remote/mobile viewing of CCTV cameras.

• Identify and resolve technical issues at customer locations.

• Maintain proper records of installation and service work.

• Coordinate with customers and explain basic CCTV system operations.

• Follow company safety and installation standards.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and surveillance systems.

• Basic knowledge of networking, LAN cables and IP addresses.

• Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.

• Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

• ITI / Diploma / technical certification will be an advantage.

Experience

• Fresher: Candidates with basic CCTV/technical knowledge can apply.

• Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and service preferred.
