JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented CCTV Control Room Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our CCTV Control Room, including monitoring coordination, report preparation, incident documentation, CCTV footage management and follow-up with retail outlets nationwide.

This position is primarily administrative in nature and does not require technical CCTV installation or repair experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CCTV Monitoring & Reporting

• Assist in monitoring CCTV activities across assigned retail outlets.
• Prepare daily CCTV monitoring and observation reports.
• Highlight suspicious activities, operational irregularities and non-compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate monitoring records and submit reports to the Team Leader.

2. Incident Documentation & Follow-Up

• Prepare and maintain CCTV incident reports and investigation records.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and relevant departments on reported incidents.
• Track outstanding cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain proper documentation of findings and actions taken.

3. CCTV Footage & Data Management

• Retrieve, download and back up CCTV recordings as authorised by management.
• Maintain proper filing and secure storage of CCTV footage and supporting documents.
• Coordinate CCTV footage requests from authorised departments.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

4. General Administration & Coordination

• Maintain updated records of CCTV equipment status across retail outlets.
• Coordinate reported CCTV and alarm system issues with IT, technical teams or external vendors.
• Monitor outstanding repair requests and follow up until completion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Good organisational, documentation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined and attentive to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Previous experience in administration, CCTV monitoring or retail operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
