Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Willing to work Night Shift and Day Shift

Skills & Qualifications

• At least College Level or College Graduate of any course
• With previous experience in CCTV Operations, Security Monitoring, Surveillance, or a related role
• Knowledgeable in operating CCTV surveillance systems and monitoring multiple camera feeds
• Familiar with identifying and reporting suspicious activities, security incidents, unauthorized access, and unusual occurrences
• Able to monitor surveillance footage with strong attention to detail and concentration
• Knowledgeable in CCTV recording, playback, footage review, and basic system troubleshooting
• Capable of maintaining accurate incident logs, monitoring records, and daily reports
• Strong observation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with the Security Team, Operations, Warehouse, and Management
• Responsible and trustworthy when handling confidential surveillance footage and security information
• Able to remain alert and focused during extended monitoring periods
• Willing to work Night Shift and Day Shift depending on operational requirements
• Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Can Start ASAP / Available for Immediate Deployment

Job Description

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems throughout the facility to maintain safety and security
• Conduct continuous observation of assigned areas and promptly identify unusual activities, security risks, or incidents
• Review recorded footage when requested for incident investigation, verification, or security monitoring
• Monitor entry and exit points, warehouse areas, parking spaces, production areas, and other designated locations
• Immediately report suspicious activities, accidents, unauthorized access, and other security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports, and shift records
• Coordinate with Security Personnel, Warehouse, Operations, and Management regarding observed incidents and security concerns
• Ensure surveillance footage is properly handled, stored, and protected from unauthorized access
• Perform basic checks of CCTV equipment, monitors, cameras, and recording systems, and report technical issues to the appropriate support team
• Assist in reviewing footage related to loss prevention, workplace incidents, property concerns, and operational investigations
• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance recordings and security-related information
• Follow established security procedures, monitoring protocols, and company policies
• Perform other CCTV monitoring, security support, and surveillance-related duties assigned by management

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
