What they need
We are looking for an experienced and attentive CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, identify security incidents, and support incident investigations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Hikvision software and IVMS and be able to monitor CCTV footage accurately and respond appropriately to incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator / CCTV Control Room Operator.
- Hands-on knowledge of Hikvision software.
- Experience with IVMS (Intelligent Video Management System).
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience in surveillance and incident investigation.
- Knowledge of CCTV security analytics is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a security team.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
