Key Responsibilities * Live Monitoring & Surveillance: * Actively monitor a network of 500+ CCTV cameras across office premises, data centers, access control points, perimeter boundaries, and common areas. * Rapidly detect, evaluate, and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or safety hazards. * Incident Management & Investigation: * Identify and log security incidents, safety breaches, and facility emergencies immediately. * Perform accurate footage retrieval, forensic analysis, and evidence gathering for internal investigations or audit requirements. * Draft comprehensive incident reports for the Security Manager and Corporate Facilities team. * System Health & Maintenance: * Conduct routine health checks on CCTV monitors, Video Management Systems (VMS), recording servers, and camera feeds. * Identify camera downtime, connectivity issues, or technical glitches and coordinate immediately with the IT/AV support vendor for resolution. * Corporate Access & Command Center Operations: * Assist in managing Access Control Systems (ACS), visitor management software, and perimeter alarm monitoring. * Maintain precise control room logs, visitor logs, and shift handover reports. * Serve as a central point of contact for ground security personnel, emergency services, and facility managers during critical incidents.
